How do I get free shipping?

In order to receive a free shipping, your order quantity should be at least 2 items. 

How long it will take my products to arrive?

We will take care when preparing your order and we will email you your tracking number. Your order will be processed within one business day, and will arrive between 5-7 business days. 

• Standard shipping via Canada Post (3-9 business days) is $8.99
• Expedited shipping via Canada Post (1-2 business days) is $9.99

Return policy
If you are not 100% happy with the product within 30 days, simply return the product for a full refund. That’s simple!

How it works, and where to start

Please contact us with an email to clientservices@beardzonia.com, once your return is processed we will email you prepaid shipping label that must be printed and affixed to the box containing the returning item.

It will take up to 10 days to process, approve and issue the refund. We will email you with the status of the refund as soon as we received and inspect the product, the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days after our approval.
